We are a multicultural community-based free festival series that focuses on showcasing international music, arts, cuisine, culture, and heritage within the DMV area. This is a showcase of culture, community and a platform for minority groups and small businesses to connect.

Carnival Nation's Cultural Festivals takes place exclusively at Veterans Plaza, in downtown Silver Spring. Safe and secure FREE parking is available just steps away from the plaza at the 6-level Montgomery County public parking garage.

Patrons are allowed to bring small folding chairs, blankets and mats; however no tents are allowed, unless you are a registered vendor.

We are a family-friendly festival catering to ALL ages (young kids, adults & the elderly) Entertainment includes LIVE bands, dance sessions, giveaways; ice-cream trucks, face painting and toys on sale for the kids!
