This event aims to provide a safe space for minority women (and allies) to gain valuable career strategies and grow their professional network within the Charlotte community.


Mia Williams is an entrepreneur and career influencesr. Currently, she serves as the CEO for The Colors of Her Success-- the #1 resource community for Black women navigating their early-stage careers. Mia is a skilled community builder who thrives on helping professionals, brands and organizations drive impactful change through authentic relationship building.

Housed within, or in proximity to Social Status stores, BeSOCIAL is our first iteration of a space and digital experience built for interaction and creativity. It is community space aimed at organically creating ongoing relationships between our customers and local communities.
