Starbucks & LeadLocal will provide catalyst training for Starbucks managers and community organizations looking to incorporate Career Cafe into their community engagement strategies.
Training will cover the following topics:
- Adding value for participants & micro-mentors
- Tailoring Career Cafe content to different audiences
- Leveraging Career Cafe as a micro-volunteering opportunity for long-term partner engagement
- Incorporating your WHY
Activities will be hands-on and include co-creation & design sessions where participants will create support materials, share best practices, develop their own strategy for using Career Cafe as a tool for community engagement.
