Cardio Pickleball at The St. James takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00AM - 9:00AM in The St. James Courthouse.

Tuesdays will generally consist of drills with a cardio emphasis that are tailored to in-game situations, kitchen play, and game play.

Thursdays will be more focused on specific pickleball technique, such as dinking, scorpions, and 3rd shot drops.
