<p>Are you ready to get your sweat on? Join us for Cardio Line Dancing every week. Line dancing is a way of life that offers benefits to living a healthy lifestyle. Line dancing will help improve your memory, coordination, and balance. It will also improve your muscle strength and endurance with the added benefit of improving your confidence.</p><p>Line dancing is a moderate exercise, so you will sweat and increase your heart activity and strengthen your body all while using music for motivation.  We guarantee you will have fun and will find that dancing will help relieve you from the day-to-day stress in your life. </p>
