This is a Group fitness class with a mix of toning, basic martial arts, and dancing...This rhythmic combination of fitness is very effective in helping you achieve your fitness goals...
It's a group fitness session of strengthening, toning, agility, and balance... which in turn translates to
1. Cardio rapid workouts, toning, and bursts of energy.
2. Kickboxing=basic martial arts moves, involving high kicks and punches
3. Jam=Dancing to hip-hop music, pop, and more
So come to La Fitness/Esporta Fitness Complex every Wednesday at 7 pm.
Here's how you can attend:
1. After signing up with your contact info
2, Head over to La Fitness/Esporta Hunter Creek
3. Once you get there check in with the attendant at the front desk, explain you're attending the kickbox cardio class (Membership required)
4.You don't have a membership?? no problem you should be accommodated on a trial basis.
5. Head over to the group aerobics room
