About this event

  • 3 hours 30 minutes

Empower yourself and the communities you serve by understanding and fostering self-compassion. This workshop is not just about learning; it is about creating change together. Join us for an exploration of the intersection of motherhood, wellness, and self-compassion. In an era that demands unattainable perfection from mothers, our study utilized the innovative photovoice method to amplify the voices of mothers as they navigate the facets of self-compassion practice in daily life. This workshop is designed to present these findings and actively involve participants in a dynamic process of reflection and discussion. Additionally, participants will learn practical photovoice techniques to incorporate into their clinical practice, enhancing their ability to foster self-compassion, deeper understanding, and resilience in the communities they serve.

Registration begins at 8:30am EST. Please arrive on time.
