Due the the overwhelming response to Grace Kim's TED Talk, and the article in the Seattle Times Pacific magazine, Capitol Hill Urban Cohousing is offering monthly general information sessions along with building tours of CHUC. These sessions will typically occur on the third Saturday of each month starting at 10:00am. Check the calendar for availability. Please note that there are no vacancies at Capitol Hill Urban Cohousing - we are resident owned and managed and there has been no turnover since our 2016 move-in. A lot of other cohousing communities shared their knowledge with us, and we are keeping that going.
