Paul Schneider

Owner of Schneider Resources Holding Co. and Co-founder of SLK Finance


Paul Schneider has 30 years of experience in strategic finance, family business

governance, and executive management. He has served as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley.


Paul has experience on the Board of Directors for his family business recognized as a Top 500 Best Large Employer by Forbes.


As an executive at Schneider National, Inc., Paul led various operations of the Schneider Family’s businesses, including the acquisition of Schneider Logistics (Tianjin) Co, one of China’s largest transportation companies


Paul Leads Schneider Resources Holding, a family-run private equity firm with holdings in manufacturing, agriculture, and business finance. SRH aids businesses transitioning from a founder or long-tenure owner to a new or internally promoted CEO.


Paul also is co-founder of SLK Finance, a Mezzanine lending business helping small businesses with bridge financing. SLK addresses the needs of viable businesses seeking growth capital through asset-based loans, contract financing, consulting, and related strategic transaction services.
