The history of the Science Center building dates back to 1889. Learn the varied and fascinating functions of the Science Center building over time and the broader significance of Cape May Point, then enjoy learning about the rich avian and marine wildlife that rely on Cape May as an ecologically significant area. Our tours feature a historical welcome hall, a science exhibit hall, and a gift shop. Your ticket purchase will help support our nonprofit and our many conservation projects and partnerships.
