Cobb Collaborative brings you a 4-part Nonprofit Capacity-Building training series in 2026!

Whether you’re a small nonprofit, a mid-size business, or a large government entity, how you operate internally greatly affects how you operate externally. At Cobb Collaborative, not only do we recognize the need for prevention, intervention, and support programs for families, we also recognize the need for supporting the systems, the staff, and the environments of those programs. That’s where Capacity Catalyst comes in.

Capacity Catalyst Workshops and Webinars are designed to equip small to mid-sized nonprofits and community serving organizations or agencies with the tools, resources, and guidance from subject matter experts on internal capacity-building strategies. Topics range from leadership development to grant writing to fundraising and more. Join us for a Lunch and Learn — lunch is provided — so you can focus on growing your organization while we take care of the meal.

This training will be facilitated by Katherine Zavala and Shannon Tyner with Cobb County Public Library.

Katherine Zavala and Shannon Tyner with Cobb County Public Library will be presenting on Google Workspace and Gemini for nonprofits, highlighting practical use cases from the library and Cobb Collaborative. From the organized interface of Google Sites to the tricks and integrations of AI, we will explore why and how nonprofits can utilize Google Workspace and Gemini to support the capacity of your organization so you can do more with your time. Attendees are encouraged to bring laptops or devices to workshop ideas relevant to your organizational goals and needs.
