My name is Jay Morgan and I work as the Creative Studios Manager at the Sewell Mill Library and Cultural Center. I have worked in various libraries throughout my career, including the CDC, Northside Hospital, Strayer University, and more. During this time I was heavily into music and audio creation as a hobby so when the Creative Studios opening was announced it was a match made in heaven. At the Creative Studios I help manage the patron experience, keep up with inventory, and help direct the creative flow with our offerings of classes, workshops, and unique programs.
