Canning Workshop
Overview
SUMMARY:
We'll go over food safety, recipes, equipment, and more. We will make one pickle recipe and one jam/jelly recipe together. By the end of this class, you'll be prepared to can all your seasonal produce and eat well all year long!
WHAT YOU'LL TAKE HOME:
All ingredients and supplies will be provided! We will make two recipes in class, and everyone will take home a jar of each. You will have access to our notes and recipes document, and you are welcome to reach out with any follow up questions.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS:
Please make sure you will be able to attend before submitting payment, as we will not be issuing refunds or transfers for cancellations UNLESS we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist. You are also welcome to send someone in your place, if you run into any last minute issues. If you are unable to attend and we are not able to issue you a refund or transfer, you will still be able to come pick up your workshop materials at a later date. This must be scheduled in advance to ensure all materials are available for you when you arrive.

***Ages 15 and up are welcome to attend. ***Space will be tight! Please be considerate. We will only have room for individuals accepted into the workshop. No room for extra guests. *** Masks are optional. If you are feeling sick, please do not come to the workshop!
