About this event

This is a hands on class that will teach you all about making salsa. Participants will get hands-on experience as they prepare a salsa recipe. You will learn about canning equipment, the difference between water-bath canning and pressure canning, and what foods require pressure canning. You will also learn the step by step process of making salsa.
