Cucumbers are in ample supply in the summer and with so many pickles are a great option! I’ll demonstrate two favorites: dill pickles and bread and butter pickles using a water bath canning process. If you’re new to using a pressure cooker, this is a great class for learning how to process green beans, and it won’t seem so scary or intimidating to use a pressure cooker so you can pull out some delicious green beans next winter.

-If there are less than 3 people attending a class, it will be canceled a week in advance.
-Kids must be 13 or older to attend and require payment as well and MUST be accompanied by an adult.
