This afternoon of flowing, body-rocking, and heart opening will be all about Self Love and Exploration. After a 30 minute pre-party, Brandon Anthony will lead the group in an hour long "Brandon's BodyRock" workout mixing strength building bodyweight exercises, HITT training, plyometrics, power yoga, and dance - all synced to an epic mix of music. The class is ALL LEVELS, so newbies are welcome! High quality mats provided. All you'll need is a water bottle and towel to wipe up all the sweat. All attendees must be 21+.  What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from class? Parking can be tricky in Hollywood. I recommend giving yourself enough time to find street parking if you're driving. There are also pay lots within 5 minutes walking distance from the location.  What do I need to bring to class? High quality mats and water will be provided, but the room does get pretty hot, and you will sweat. You'll want to bring a large towel to cover your mat and clean up with, and it's always a good idea to have your own water bottle if possible.  Is it okay if I'm new to fitness? Newbies to fitness are welcome! Do I have to fit a certain body type or age to attend class? Not at all! All shapes, sizes, and ages are welcome and encouraged to come celebrate themselves. This is judgement and shame free zone. As long as you are fit and healthy enough for an athletic fitness practice, you will be able to participate. What is the refund policy? Full refunds are available through eventbrite up to 7 days before any class. If you need to miss class last minute, you'll be able to use your ticket for a future class that is not sold out.  *Small clips are filmed for social media at all workshops.
