- Respect all participants – Treat others with kindness and professionalism. Aggressive, intrusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the event.
- Adhere to confidentiality and consent – Exchanging personal contact information (phone numbers, social media handles, workplace details, etc.) should be done only with mutual consent. Unsolicited contact outside of Love on Draft’s official match system is strictly prohibited.
- Refrain from harassment – Any unwanted communication, intimidation, or actions that make another attendee uncomfortable may result in a permanent ban from future events.
- Acknowledge event host discretion – Love on Draft reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or in violation of this policy.
Violation Consequences:
Failure to adhere to these policies may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund. Love on Draft reserves the right to prohibit future participation and, if necessary, report misconduct to the appropriate authorities.
