All aboard! Enjoy a festive journey around the mall on Westfield Galleria’s Candy Cane Express, with holiday surprises (and live performances) along the way!
 
Your festive journey will end with a stop at the North Pole where guests will be treated to a VIP experience including treats from Cinnabon, a hot cocoa bar and holiday crafts for the little elves. 
 
A meet and greet and photos with the Big Guy himself (Santa) will be available for purchase at the event.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where is the event?
 The train will pick-up guests around their allotted ticket time at the Christmas tree on the Promenade in front of Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. 

Should I arrive early? 
 Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before your allotted ticket time to get checked in and for photos with our Candy Cane Express Conductor.

What if our friends buy tickets for a different time? 
 All guests will end up at the North Pole and will have access to the experience until 11AM. Even if you have tickets to ride the train at different times, you all meet at the North Pole to celebrate together.

Can I buy tickets at the event?
 No, we anticipate this event to sell out, so please purchase the amount of tickets you will need for guests riding the train in advance of the event day.

Do I need to purchase a ticket as an adult?
 No, adults can walk alongside the train as long as each child who will be riding the train has a pre-purchased ticket. Only ticketed guests will be able to ride the train. 

If I buy tickets for my kids to ride the train, how many adults can participate?
 We are permitting one adult per purchased ticket. So if you have 4 kids riding the train, than 4 adults are permitted to attend as well.

Is there reserved seating at the North Pole experience? 
 Seating is unreserved.

Will my kids be able to meet Santa and get a photo?
 Santa will be available for photos and to meet guests with an additional purchase that can be made at the event. 

What if my child is an infant and needs me to ride the train with them? 
 For any child requiring an adult to ride the train with them, you will need to purchase a ticket for that adult to ride the train.
