Join Sugar for an evening transformational Candlelit Sound Bath at Laughing Frog Yoga Studio. This in-person event will take place on SAT July 20 2024 at 6:00 PM at Laughing Frog Yoga.

Get ready to relax, unwind, and prepare for a restful night of sleep while releasing any stress to connect with your inner self for a prosperous week ahead.

*Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and eye mask for optimal relaxation. No shoes or chairs inside the space. We suggest you arrive 15 minutes before the class begins. Doors will be locked at 6:05pm.
