What if I don't have a yoga mat?

The majority of the practice will be on the ground, so it is encouraged to bring your own personal mat or blanket if you have it! However, we have 4 personal mats available to use on a first come, first serve basis.

Is there an age limit?

Due to the nature of this practice, it is encouraged that young adults and older should attend.

What is Kundalini/Vinyasa Fusion?

The structure is more intuitive, relaxing, grounding, and meditative in nature. This practice consists (in part) of gentle movements called "Kriyas" which help us connect our bodies to the breath. This beginner practice is where Kundalini meets Vinyasa Flow yoga.

Hollyn is a professionally trained dancer who has been working with students somatically for years. Combining her passion for dance, plants, and yoga she has begun creating a yoga community in the shop! She has received her RYT-200 Yoga Alliance certification and hopes to uplift every student!
