This women-only evening blends movement, music, and mindfulness into a soulful journey of self-connection. We’ll begin in community — gently clearing stagnant energy, awakening the senses, and creating energetic connection through playful, heart-centered practices. Together, we’ll explore sacred gestures (mudras) and the flow of the infinity symbol as reminders of our own limitless capacity to renew.
From there, we’ll move into a beginner-friendly somatic yoga experience — movement medicine designed not for performance but for presence. You’ll be guided to move with your breath, feel your body from within, and invite calm back into your nervous system.
The evening concludes with an immersive sound bath under the warm flicker of candlelight. As you rest in stillness, crystal bowls, gong, and rhythmic drumming will bathe you in healing vibration — a meditative state where the body can soften, integrate, and reset.
