Deanna Oppenheimer

Deanna is an experienced global corporate board leader, having served on a variety of Fortune-500 and FTSE-100 boards. Currently, she serves in the UK as Chair for IHG Hotels & Resorts and in North America as a non-executive director at both Thomson Reuters and Slalom LLC. Previously, Deanna served on several other notable boards, including Hargreaves Lansdown, Tesco plc and Tesco Bank, Whitbread plc, Worldpay plc, Brooks Running, Vettd, and Joshua Green Corporation.

Laura MacNeil

A thirty-year veteran of banking and corporate finance, currently serving as Regional President, Washington, West Coast Territory Executive, for PNC Bank. Responsible for leading PNC’s growth and expansion in Washington State, while overseeing community investment and growth throughout the region. Twenty years managerial experience in Commercial and Corporate Banking, leading teams in the Pacific Northwest, California, Alaska, Texas and Western Canada. Accomplished leader and developer of diverse talent. Started businesses for KPMG in Moscow, Russia and PNC in the West. Respected community leader currently serving on the Seattle Chamber, Seattle Aquarium, Pacific Coast Banking School and Rainier Club Boards of Directors. Recognition: Puget Sound Business Journal "Women of Influence", "40 Under 40" and "Power 100 Executive", Dallas Business Journal's "Women in Business".

Lisa Nelson

Lisa is an experienced public and private company director. She has served as Audit Chair and Compensation Chair and has served on the nom/gov committee. Through her 2+ decades in the technology and financial services industries, Lisa was a strategic and operational leader and developed valuable perspectives on matters critical to boards and leadership teams including digital transformation, business growth strategy, risk management, global operations and capital allocation.
