Join us for an exciting in-person event at Vancouver Island Brewing! Get ready to dive into the world of beer and learn about off flavors. This workshop will be held on Government Street in beautiful Victoria, BC, Canada.
Danny Seeton, Operations Manager at Vancouver Island Brewing and certified beer judge, will guide us through tasting and understanding six different off-flavours that may occur in beer.
Doors open at 11:45am, the class starts at 12:00pm. We will be sampling a clean base beer and six spiked beers, while Danny explains what we are experiencing and when and why you may find these flavours in a beer.
This fun and informative class will take about an hour and after that the tasting room will be open for anyone to stay and have a beer.
