Campus Club Orientation-FRIDAY MAY 3, 2019@10:00am (K-19/20 SY)

This orientation is going to be held in the TECHNOLOGY SERVICE BUILDING not at our Campus Club office.

The following information is needed to complete the application you will receive at the orientation:

*Child's physician name and phone number

*The names and phone numbers of any adults authorized to pick up the child from Campus Club

*Registration fee payable by check or money order $30.00-child/$40.00-family(more than one child)

*Applications must be submitted to the Child Development office. Incomplete applications will delay processing.

Please Note: Child supervision is not available during Parent Orientation. Space is limited to the Parent registered to attend; therefore we ask that the parent come without their child(ren). Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

>From Herndon, go south on sunnyside.

>Turn left on David E. Cook Way (where the Clovis Adult school is) follow that road all the way to the Technology Service Building, this building is on the far back side of the parking lot with the solar panels, on the south side of the road. This orientation will be held upstairs, and accessable by elevator or stairs. There will be signs instructing you where the orientation is.
