Campfire stories

Laura Packer has been telling tales since she began talking.  Her original stories for grown-ups and families are based in myth and personal experience. Laura is the author of the 2020 Storytelling World WinnerFrom Audience to Zeal: The ABCs of Finding, Crafting and Telling a Great Story. She has appeared at events around the world, has taught in boardrooms and nursery schools, served on the board of the National Storytelling Network, has received many awards including the 2020 National Storytelling Network Circle of Excellence,  and has hosted multiple storytelling venues. Join master storyteller Laura Packer for an evening of scary stories you hope aren&#x27;t true. Vengeful spirits. Ghosts who only want to get home. Places, people, and ...things... that have no business lingering on this side of the veil. Laura Packer has been telling stories for almost 30 years in venues such as graveyards, theaters (where the ghosts made themselves known) and elsewhere. Her show &quot;Haunted&quot; won Best in Fringe in the Kansas City Fringe Festival.Suitable for people 14 and up.NOTE: If you can&#x27;t make the date, you can buy a ticket to watch the recording. The recording will be available until August 4th 2022.Content warning: Scary stories, so expect death, gore, longing and other strong feelings.
