Welcome to Camp UFO!
Join us this July for a weekend of stitching and socializing at Fort Ligonier, PA. Blair of Goodwives Linens and Jessica of Penny River Costumes are hosting a two-day gathering designed to help YOU finish ( or start) any project you'd like some extra assistance with.
CAMP DETAILS
Camp UFO will be held July 20-21 2024 at Fort Ligonier, PA; Saturday 9am-4pm, and Sunday 9am-1pm. Cost for this two day workshop is $175 per person, and includes all of the following:
-your own 6 ft work table
-Catered lunch on Saturday (so you don't have to stop stitching)
-Snacks and Beverages
-Use of irons and ironing boards
-Fitting help, cutting help, planning help, trimming help- any assistance that Blair of Jess can provide to take your finished project from UFO to FINISHED!
Bring projects. fabric, patterns, and anything uo need to work on your UFO. Power is available, feel free to bring your sewing machine ( don't forget an extension cord!) and/or table light for your preferred setup. Penny River Costumes will bring a selection of notions and supplies for purchase during the workshop if you forget anything at home (or are looking for something to add to your kit)
We will also be organizing an exchange table for any of your stash materials or old projects that you are ready to let go of!
There are hotels and AirB&B's within easy distance of thre Fort. Jess and Blair recommend the Ramada at Ligonier and the Sunset Cottages and Motel.
