<h2>CAMP HOVER – Drone &amp; Autonomy STEM Camp</h2><p><strong><strong>No prior knowledge or experience required!</strong></strong></p><p>Camp Hover is a full-day, hands-on STEM camp designed for middle school students interested in drones, autonomy, and emerging technologies. Hosted by TechGrid (High Desert Tech Bridge) in partnership with Future Labs, Griffiss Institute &amp; NAWCWD, this immersive experience introduces students to real-world applications of unmanned systems through interactive activities and an exclusive on-base tour.<br></p><h2>What Students Will Experience</h2><p>Throughout the day, students will rotate through engaging, age-appropriate activities including:</p><ul><li>🚁 Drone swarm demonstrations</li><li>🧩 Obstacle course challenges</li><li>🚀 Straw rocket launches</li><li>💡 LED flying orb balls</li><li>🛠 Hands-on STEM exploration<br></li></ul><h3>On-Base NAWCWD Tour</h3><p>As part of the camp experience, students will participate in a guided, supervised tour of the NAWCWD Autonomy Arena and Drone Hangars, providing a unique look at how autonomy and unmanned systems are tested and evaluated in a real-world environment.<br></p><h2>Transportation &amp; Access Information</h2><ul><li>Transportation to and from NAWCWD will be provided and coordinated by the camp.</li><li>Students will remain under supervision at all times during the visit.</li><li>Individual base badging will not be provided as part of this program.</li></ul><p>Please email us at team@techgrid.us with any questions. <br></p><h2>What’s Included</h2><ul><li>Snacks and water provided</li><li>Hands-on materials and instruction</li><li>Supervised transportation for the on-base visit</li></ul><p><strong><strong>Please bring your own lunch.</strong></strong></p><h2><br></h2>
