Do I have to bring a massage table?

Yes, But we will have staff who will help you bring your table to the classroom and load it to your car after the event.

Can I bring my kids and dogs?

If you want to bring your family, you will need to make arrangements with the camp, or stay elsewhere on the island. There is no childcare at the camp. This event is only for adults. Dogs are not allowed unless they are registered service animals.

Is lodging and meals included in the price of the retreat?
