Camp Confluence is a one-day summer learning experience designed to recharge, inspire, and connect educators from across West Texas. Set at Lubbock-Cooper Liberty High School, the event blends the energy of a summer camp with meaningful professional learning, featuring hands-on sessions, innovative teaching strategies, technology integration, and real classroom ideas educators can use right away.

More than a traditional conference, Camp Confluence focuses on collaboration, creativity, and community. Teachers explore new tools, share experiences, and learn alongside peers in a relaxed, welcoming environment complete with themed spaces, engaging speakers, local food, and moments of fun woven throughout the day.

Our goal is simple: remove barriers to professional growth and create an experience that leaves educators encouraged, connected, and ready for the year ahead.
