Camina con una Doctora Latina es un programa gratuito que ofrece una experiencia única de caminata y aprendizaje a la comunidad. Dra. Alina Urriola, médica certificada en Medicina Familiar, Medicina Preventiva y Medicina del Estilo de Vida, apasionada por la comunidad latina y ha sido médico voluntario en Lahai Health en Lynnwood durante más de 10 años. No puede proporcionar una consulta de salud durante la caminata, pero puede responder preguntas generales de salud.
Todos los participantes deben completar un Formulario de Registro de Caminatas una vez antes de participar para que la información de emergencia esté disponible si alguna vez se necesita.

¿Cuándo y dónde son las caminatas?
La caminata tendrá lugar el 10 de mayo de 2025 a las 11 AM. La caminata comenzará desde el Verdant Community Wellness Center, 4710 196th St SW, Lynnwood, WA 98036. Llegue 15 minutos antes para registrarse.

Walk with a Latina Doc is a free program offering a unique walking and learning experience to the community. Leading the walk will be Dr. Alina Urriola, a board certified physician in Family Medicine, Preventive Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine who is passionate about the Latino community and has been a volunteer M.D. with Lahai Health in Lynnwood for over 10 years. She cannot provide a health consultation during the walk, but can answer general health questions.
All participants must complete a Walks Registration Form one time before participating so emergency information is available if ever needed.

When and where are the walks?
The walk will take place on May 10, 2025 at 11 AM. The walk will start from the Verdant Community Wellness Center, 4710 196th St SW, Lynnwood, WA 98036. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check-in.
