Calvin Keys Celebration of Life & Benefit Concert

Please join the family of Calvin Keys as we celebrate his life. The event will include speakers, musical performances and brief words.Proceeds collected at this event will be donated to the Oakland Public Conservatory of Music (OPC). Calvin donated his time and wisdom to students at OPC. He beleived deeply that young kids of color needed to be exposed to Jazz, what he called American Classical Music.

OPC opens the world of music to all through access to quality, economical instruction in a nurturing environment. They center African American culture in developing American musical culture and identity. They provide affordable, culturally sustaining experiences for people of all ages.
