Join us in the Community Room at the Watertown Public Library for a morning of relaxation and self-care.Kids of any age are welcome and must be supervised by a parent or other adult caregiver.Registration is required. Please reserve a ticket for all adults and children that will be attending so we can plan space and supplies accordingly.Tickets will be tracked online and do not need to be printed or presented at the event.PLEASE NOTIFY US IF YOU REGISTER AND WILL NO LONGER BE ATTENDING. Join us for the Calm-Down Kit Workshop event at Watertown Public Library! This in-person event is designed to help you create your very own personalized kit filled with items that promote relaxation and calmness for you and your children.During the event, you'll have the opportunity to choose from a variety of soothing items such as stress balls, essential oils, coloring books, and more. Our friendly staff will be available to provide guidance and suggestions as you assemble your kit.It's never too early to start talking about emotions with your children and healthy ways to handle them. This event is a great opportunity to put together some tools to have on-hand for those stressful moments. Don't miss out on this chance to build your own calm-down kit and discover new ways to help kids understand and deal with their BIG emotions.
