The kids are not alright. According to the CDC, 1 in 6 U.S. children ages 2–8 years have a diagnosed mental, behavioral or developmental disorder; and 37% of adolescents ages 12–17 years reported having persistent feelings of sadness. How can parents and caregivers help children live healthier, happier lives?

Join ParentMap and mental health professional, Janine Holloran, for a can’t-miss conversation to help kids learn crucial coping skills and build a foundation to combat life's stressors.

You’ll learn:

  • Small things you can do every day to build your kids’ mental and emotional resilience
  • Practical strategies to help your child manage stress and anxiety
  • Tools for managing common mental health challenges

We know you’re busy. If you can’t attend the live event, you can still participate! After the event concludes, all registered attendees will be emailed a link to watch the recorded session at their convenience on any device. Attendees joining live will have the opportunity to partake in the interactive Q&A portion of the event.
