Morning Session (11:00 am - 1:00 pm)

Afternoon Session (2:00 pm - 4:00 pm)
Take a midday pause to cultivate mindfulness and relaxation in our afternoon session. Explore techniques to enhance self-awareness and cultivate presence, allowing you to fully inhabit the present moment.
Evening Session (5:00 pm - 7:00 pm)
Wind down your day with a soul-nourishing evening session dedicated to relaxation and connection. Let go of stress and worries as you embrace the joy of community and the simple pleasures of life.
