<h2><strong>SERIES</strong></h2><p>TouchPoint Productions Documentary Series on Healing Sponsored by a cooperative arrangement among the American Holistic Credentialing Corporation (https://ahncc.org), the Global Academy of Holistic Nursing (https://gahnscholars.org), TouchPoint Productions and GoodClix.</p>

<h2><strong>ABOUT THIS SERIES OF EVENTS</strong></h2><p>A series of six documentary movies created by TouchPoint Productions, will be shown the last Tuesday in each month, January 2023-June 2023. The viewing, approximately 30 minutes long, will be followed by a 60-minute discussion with an expert working with the specific population. The discussion will be facilitated by a panel; attendees can participate by submitting questions through Zoom Chat. The entire event will be recorded for registrants to review post-presentation. CNE's will be provided for nurses who complete and submit the evaluation form for each individual event. </p><p>A﻿ series of six documentary movies created by TouchPoint Productions.  Films will be shown via Zoom Webinar; after the film, participate in a facilitated discussion of how the film relates to holistic nursing and health care. </p><h2><strong>Links to Prior Month's Sessions</strong></h2><p>People who register after the first film will receive an email through Eventbrite the <strong>Wednesday after you register </strong>which contains links to view the prior sessions.  In subsequent months, a complete list of prior session links will be sent out via Eventbrite to <strong>all </strong>current registrants within a week of the live session, to allow for editing and review.</p>

<h2>ZOOM LINKS VIA EMAIL</h2><p>Registrants will receive an Email with the <strong>Join </strong>Link to each month's event one day in advance; a reminder will be sent one hour before the film starts.  There will be a separate, unique link for each month; do not use the links from prior months to enter a future month's film.  If you are unable to join the live presentation for any reason, please watch the video with the link provided.</p>

These sessions are for educational purposes only and should not be used for self-diagnosis or self-treatment. <h2>REQUIRED TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THOSE REQUESTING CNE'S</h2><p>BY REGISTERING FOR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SERIES OF DOCUMENTARIES AND DISCUSSIONS DESCRIBED BELOW, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF PARTICIPATION AND AGREEMENT.</p><h3>UNDERSTANDING</h3><p>The American Holistic Nursing Credentialing Corporation (AHNCC), the Global Academy of Holistic Nursing (GAHN and TouchPoint Productions (TP) are partnering to offer a series of documentaries produced by Paul Steinbroner, TP. The series, entitled Out of the Darkness, consists of six events, offered monthly January-June, 2023. Each event, highlighting a different marginalized population, explores the spiritual dimensions of addiction recovery, healing, and reconciliation. The unique needs of that group are emphasized. </p><p>This series of events is for educational purposes only. It is not intended to serve as a therapeutic session, nor a recommendation or endorsement of any treatment. No information presented should be relied upon as definitive, or beneficial or any particular person. The documentary will run for about 30 minutes, followed by a facilitated discussion. The total length of each event will be 90 minutes. Registration will be open to the general public, but only advertised to nursing groups. Participants will be eligible for AHNA approved CNEs. For each film evaluation submitted 1.5 CNEs will be provided.</p><h3>OBTAINING CONTINUING EDUCATION</h3><p>To receive CNEs for each film you must complete a separate evaluation form. To obtain your CNE hours for each session <a href="https://www.ahncc.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/Reflective-Evaluation.docx" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">please <strong>click here to download the required Evaluation Form</strong></a>.  Complete the form and save it to your computer. To submit the form and receive your CNEs for your participation, you can go to www.ahncc.org/evaluation (password “FromDarkness”).  After submitting your completed evaluation, your certificate of attendance will be emailed to you.</p>

<h2>TERMS OF PARTICIPATION</h2><ul><li>Interested participants will be required to register for the entire series for a one-time fee of $50.00. </li><li>Registration includes attendance at each of the six (6) events, plus CNEs as indicated above. </li><li>All registrants will have viewing access to the documentary and associated discussion following the event.</li><li>Downloads, recordings or copies will not be permitted under any circumstances.</li><li>Any information provided during the discussion that may violate an individual's confidentiality in any way will be edited from the final recording.</li><li>No information should be provided that may identify any person other than the individual speaking.</li></ul><p></p><h2>TERMS OF AGREEMENT</h2><p>Participants agree to</p><ul><li>Maintain the confidentiality of the discussion held during the discussion and to protect the anonymity of all participants.</li><li>Refrain from providing any information about another (client, family member, friend, etc.) during the discussion that would identify the individual being discussed. </li><li>Use of the recording for educational purposes.</li></ul><p>By registering for this series, I agree to the Understanding, Terms of Participation, and Terms of Agreement stated herein. </p>

Each session is 1.5 hours; must attend 100% of each session attended to receive contact hours</li><li>Completion/Submission of the Reflective Participant Evaluation within 30 days of activity</li></ul><p>This nursing continuing professional development activity was approved by the American Holistic Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.</p><p>Approval for contact hours through the American Holistic Nurses Association is based on an assessment of the educational merit of this program and does not constitute endorsement of the use of any specific modality in the care of clients. </p><p>No one with the ability to control content of this activity has a relevant financial relationship(s) to disclose with an ineligible company.</p><p>This program is being jointly provided with The Global Academy of Holistic Nursing.</p>
