The Single Family division of CalHFA maintains an aggressive training schedule throughout California. This training provides loan officers, real estate agents and brokers opportunities to learn more about CalHFA's single family products, loan documentation requirements and other tools that will help them understand CalHFA's products, requirements and procedures.
The admission ticket is not transferable. In order to receive a refund, you must cancel at least 7 days prior to the event. Please send your cancellation request through Eventbrite. Any registration not cancelled at least 7 days prior to the event will forfeit the registration fee.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and pick up your training materials. Registration is from 9:30am-9:45am.
CalHFA will be following all county, local and host venue COVID guidelines and recommendations. All training classes have a limited capacity to accommodate social distancing guidelines as well.
