Help promote CalFresh at local events and venues both indoors and outdoors. You will be joining at least one Outreach staff member from Alameda County Community Food Bank at any given event, and you will receive training. The job could include assisting with some table set-up, talking with and handing out brochures to the community, and possibly writing down the names and phone numbers of those interested in signing up for CalFresh. Language skills, especially Spanish, Cantonese and Vietnamese are strongly desired but not required.
Each volunteer must register individually.
