Celebrate the Class of 2024 by Purchasing a Cal Poly Graduate Celebration Slide!
Cal Poly Graduate Celebration Slides give you the unique opportunity to honor and recognize your Mustang's achievements in a big way on the big screen.
Send a special message to your graduate for them to see on the jumbotron as they enter Spanos Stadium. Each slide will showcase your graduate's name, degree, college, two photos and your message.
All slides will run in a celebratory slideshow on the jumbotron before each college commencement ceremony on June 15 and 16 for graduates and guests to view as they enter Spanos Stadium.
Space is limited - purchase your slide today before the May 24 deadline! With each purchase, you will receive:
- One celebratory slide featuring a special message to your graduate and two photos that will play on the jumbotron at Spanos Stadium during Commencement 2024 weekend.
- One printed keepsake photo of your slide.
- One digital file of your slide.

Slide Purchase Instructions
- Click the orange "Reserve a Spot" button in the top right corner.
- Select your student's college and click the orange "Check Out" button.
- Complete the checkout page and click the orange "Place Order" button.
- Once your order is completed and you have received a confirmation email, visit the Cal Poly Graduate Celebration Slide Submission form to submit your slide information (message, photos and graduate information).
- Once submitted, you will receive a draft of your slide to preview before broadcasting. All slide information must be submitted by May 24.

All slides will run in a celebratory slideshow on the jumbotron before each college commencement ceremony on June 15 and 16 for graduates and guests to view as they enter Spanos Stadium. Slideshows will broadcast on a loop and showcase each slide several times.
All slides will be formatted in the template example above. Once your slide is submitted and reviewed, the Cal Poly Commencement office will email you a draft to preview before broadcasting. If you have any editing requests, please reply to the email before May 24.
Once your Eventbrite order is complete, visit survey.alchemer.com/s3/7665380/Cal-Poly-Graduate-Celebration-Slide-Submission to submit your slide message, photos and grad information. Please note that the Commencement office has the right to edit or deny any photos or messages deemed inappropriate.
All student information (name, college and degree) will be reviewed for accuracy by the Cal Poly Commencement office.
Purchasing a slide helps support commencement operations and allows the university to enhance the overall ceremony experience in Spanos Stadium for all graduates and guests to enjoy.

A printed keepsake photo of your slide will be mailed to the address provided in your order in late June.
A digital slide file will be available once your order is reviewed, processed and approved by the Commencement office.
