Workshop Age Policy & Attendance Guidelines

Our workshops are designed for guests 18+. However, children ages 5+ and up are welcome when accompanied by a paid parent or guardian (18+).
Please note:
• No infants are permitted.
• All attendees must have a ticket, including children and adults.
• To ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Question 2

What if I'm sick and can't attend the workshop?

If you're feeling unwell and concerned about spreading illness to others, please reach out to us via email or text. We will do our best to save your credit and help you reschedule your workshop.

Question 3

Can I record or take pictures during the workshop?

Accepted Answer

We ask that you please be respectful of others during the workshop. You are welcome to take pictures/videos, but please stay on task and maintain the focus on the experience. If you’d like to take photos of others, please ask others if they’re comfortable with it first.

Question 4

Can I talk on the phone during the workshop?

Accepted Answer

To ensure everyone has an enjoyable and focused experience, we ask that you please refrain from talking on the phone during the workshop. If you need to take a call, we kindly request that you step outside.

Question 5

Can I be asked to leave the workshop if I’m disrupting or being disrespectful?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we expect all participants to be respectful and considerate of others. If your behavior is disruptive or disrespectful in any way, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the workshop to ensure a positive environment for everyone.

Can I bring my pet?

Accepted Answer

We love pets, but unfortunately, no pets are allowed unless it's a service animal. If you plan to bring a service animal, please notify us ahead of time via email or phone, and provide the necessary documentation.

Question 7

Can I bring weapons?

Accepted Answer

For everyone’s safety, weapons are not allowed at the workshop. Please leave them in your car or at home.

Question 8

Do you accommodate allergies?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any allergies (real or fake cakes) for any of our workshops or events. Please attend at your own risk.

Question 9

Do you take cash if I want to purchase merchandise or sweets?

Accepted Answer

We do not accept physical cash. Only card payments are accepted for any merchandise or sweets. Thank you for understanding!

Question 10

What if I'm late to the workshop?

Accepted Answer

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will not be able to attend the workshop, unless there is an extreme emergency. In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule your workshop. Please note that if you miss the workshop or cannot attend, no refunds will be issued.

Question 11

Can I bring my child, husband, friend, invisible friend, or extra people?

Accepted Answer

We ask that only paid participants attend the workshop. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests.

Question 12

Will pictures or videos be taken?

Accepted Answer

Photos + videos are taken during every workshop. Guests may request not to be included, but the studio cannot guarantee full omission.
