Cake Decorating Class: Borders & Drips

This class is for students familiar with the basics of cake decorating, but beginners are invited. Let's decorate with chocolate drip!!

About the Cake Decorating Class:

School is in session! Monica, with the Weekend Palate is delighted to teach you the beginning techniques for cake decorating, as well as the intermediate decorating technique - THE DRIP! This class works perfectly well for cake decorating newbies or for someone who just wants to get out and have a little fun!

In this 2-hour, hands-on class, you will:

• Learn the fundamentals of using cake tools and supplies
• Learn the basic application of icing a 2-layer cake.
• Practice basic piping techniques.
• Decorate your very own mini cake.

Don't fear! We will provide:

• Cake decorating tools and supplies.
• Your personal mini vanilla cake.
• Vanilla icing.
• A cake board and box to take your cake creation home.
• In short, all you have to do is bring yourself!!! You are welcome to bring your personal apron if desired.

Complimentary food and beverages are provided. We won't decorate on an empty stomach!
