Jeremy Moses, associate professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at thhe University of Canterbury
and,
Geoffrey Ford, a lecturer in Digital Humanities and a posdoctoral fellow in Politics and International Relations at the University of Canterbury.
This presentation will focus on recent contributions to this debate from the International Committee of the Red Cross and the French Defence Ethics Committee and will highlight the problems and challenges associated with any attempt to define 'meaningful human control' in autonomous weapons systems.
