CADSCOM 2018: Colloquium on Analytics, Data Science and Computing

The Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul) ACM Chapter was created to provide researchers across the upper Midwest a regional venue to publish their research.  The chapter membership is open to computing-related faculty members, researchers, and professionals in Minnesota and surrounding states.

Twin Cities ACM Chapter

The Colloquium covers research topical areas of Big Data Applications, Business Management and Strategy Applying Analytics, Emerging Tech, Data Analytics, Data Ethics, Data Infrastructure and Computing, Data Management, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, and Security. 
Faculty, Students, and Computing Professionals are invited to attend either or both days:

<LI>Friday, 10/26: Industry Panel and Networking Event with Dinner (5 to 8 PM)</LI>
<LI>Saturday, 10/27: Research Keynotes and Paper Presentations (8:30 to 4:30 PM)</LI>

FAQs
May I attend if I am not a researcher? 
Yes.  You may attend if you are engaged or interested in learning more about analytics, data science and computing disciplines as an educator, student, or practitioner in any of the Colloquium areas. 
Is the event open to the public?
No. All educators, post secondary students, and professionals working in Colloquium disciplines above are welcome to register even if you are not presenting a paper.  If you do not fit into the above category, we are unable to accommodate you and reserve the right to cancel your registration since we have limited sponsorship keeping this event free to attendees.Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
May I transfer my ticket if I cannot attend?
No. Please cancel your ticket by logging into EventBrite if you are not able to attend one or both sessions you have registered for to ensure others have an opportunity to attend.  With limited funds to cover our costs we'd greatly appreciate this.
