Cacao & Sound Bath

Explore and experience the benefits of Cacao, the raw and unprocessed superfood, sacred to many cultures, with Dr Janelle Whitehead of Alpha Wellness Center and Bonnie Jones of Jade Heart. We will sit together to discuss its history and benefits while we experience it as a drink, lovingly prepared by Dr. J. Then, enjoy a 30-minute sound bath by Bonnie.

There is so much interest in this event that we will be hosting it on the gorgeous back lawn of Alpha Wellness Center so we may accommodate more people.

Tickets are only $33 through Sunday, May 26th! After May 26th, they will be $44 each.

Tickets must be purchased in advance. Save on fees by purchasing a ticket directly from the Alpha Wellness Center Website.

Please bring your yoga mat, pillow, and a blanket for the sound bath. We will have backup yoga mats and pillows if you forget yours. Space is limited, tickets must be purchased in advance!
