Join us for a Cacao Ceremony! Cacao is designed to bring us an uplifted state, develop our awareness, inspire our creativity, and a cultivate a deeper connection with ourselves. Cacao has also long been regarded for its ability to enhance intuition and promote clarity of thought and decision making.

After the cacao ceremony we will do gentle flowing movements inspired by the practice

of the Qigong, allowing us to express ourselves at the beat of the music.

We will then lie down to be guided into the sound journey and receive the sound healing

vibrations from the instruments such as the gong, the Tibetan and crystal singing bowls,

the crystal pyramid, chimes and more.
