About this event

Welcome to the Cacao & Aloha event by Cuatro Manos y Cinco Volcanes Farms! Get ready to experience a taste of Hawaii from the comfort of your own home. Join us on Fri Jun 07 2024 at 1:00 PM (Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time) for a virtual journey filled with cacao and aloha. Learn about what makes Hawaiian cacao some of the rarest and costliest cacao in the world. Learn how we as indigenous lineage holders, farmers and makers are living a life where we are keeping the traditions of a circular economy, sacredness, and sovereignty alive in a modern age of commercial farming and making of ceremonial cacao.

As the global climate continues to change affecting a large amount of the cacao planting in the world cacao is becoming rare and some say it might become extinct in some of the places it used to grow in. Don't miss out on this unique online event that promises to educate, and entertain. Aloha!
