These special events occur monthly, running from May throughout October, bringing members and their guests together over three courses paired with curated cocktails, wine and beer from our favorite Colorado-based partners.

We're so excited to welcome the GH community to indulge in a seafood inspired meal. These lively dining gatherings are the perfect opportunity to break bread and build community while you dive into menus prepared by Chef Josiah Gordon of Cabin Juice. Let the celebrated kings of the kitchen wow you with seasonally inspired, diligently procured and artfully plated courses.
What's on the menu?
Starters
- Cheddar Biscuits - molasses butter
- Cucumber Salad - red wine vinaigrette, red onion, dill
Main
- Cajun Shrimp Boil - andouille sausage, sweet corn, potatoes, rock shrimp, sweet and spicy garlic butter
Dessert
- Key Lime Pie - Chantilly cream, graham cracker crust
