ABOUT KAREN

Karen Mason has done it all; from Broadway and live concerts, to recording and television, few performers can transfer their talents as seamlessly as Karen. Coming a long way from her first cabaret performance on New Year’s Eve in 1976, Karen has starred in numerous Broadway productions including “Mamma Mia!,” “Hairspray,” and “Wonderland.” Since starting her career, she has graced the stages of Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center, and Lincoln Center, as well as toured the United Kingdom.

A highly decorated performer, Karen has gathered quite the collection of awards over the years. Karen has won 14 MAC Awards, including the MAC Award for Major Female Vocalist of the Year six consecutive times, and the 2019 MAC Lifetime Achievement Award. She also won three Bistro Awards, the Nightlife Award for Major Female Vocalist, and earned a Drama Desk nomination for Best Actress. Karen has released six solo albums, including her latest, “Let The Music Play.”
