C-TLC Membership Program Information Session

The New England MHTTC's School Mental Health Initiative develops and disseminates evidence-based resources to enhance school culture and prepare the school mental health workforce to extend trauma-skilled practices. Our efforts are designed to help schools cultivate compassionate school communities that buffer against the negative effects of trauma, build resilience for all students, and provide stress-relief and enhanced well-being for teachers and other school personnel, as well as students.

The New England Mental Health Technology Transfer Center designed the Childhood-Trauma Learning Collaborative (C-TLC) to strengthen mental health supports that address the needs of children who have experienced/are at risk of experiencing significant trauma in the New England region.With an expanded focus to meet the needs of schools, districts, mental health agencies, and nonprofit educational institutions, we widened our circle of membership to offer free mental health resources, networking opportunities and peer support to the workforce supporting behavioral health and well-being.Join this session and learn how to take advantage of free, evidenced-based mental health resources and practical solutions on ways to value, strengthen, and increase social emotional competence, accelerate learning, and develop a sense of well-being for students, teachers, and the wider school community.
