We invite you to take part in our free by stander rescue training. During this session, the RNLI & RLSS will train you how to do a simple rescue, use a throw bag to help rescue somebody in the water, provide safety advice to people using waterside areas, understand the risks of the waterside near you.
The talk will be held on the beach but we do have an indoor option arranged in Ballygally Community Centre if we needed.
Mid and East Antrim BC are partnering with RLNI and RLSS to shine a light on Drowning Prevention Week. Accidental drownings are preventable with the right water safety education, we are bringing this information, training and learning to you!
Drowning Prevention Week runs from 15-22 June 2024 and is one of the largest summer water safety campaigns across the UK and Ireland.
