About this event

  • RESERVE STUDIO TIME - you MUST book your studio time in advance. RESERVE studio time by booking your free ticket in advance.
  • FACE COVERINGS- are no longer required, but are recommended
  • DISTANCING - we are keeping our studio appointments down to 3 individual artists at a time and will maintain appropriate distancing when able. This should allow each artist their own table to work at.
  • STAY HOME - if you are feeling unwell or have recently been exposed to someone who's tested positive for COVID-19.
  • Artist may bring a service provider, family member or other guest, if necessary, to their appointment.

Community Support Advocates: Momentum Art Program

Momentum Art Program provides free art opportunities to underserved populations impacted by disability, brain injury, or living with a mental health diagnosis. These free opportunities include an annual juried art competition and exhibition as well as art workshops offered throughout the year.

Community Support Advocates (CSA) is a non-profit that provides services to individuals and families impacted by disabilities in Central Iowa. Through our Momentum Programs, CSA is partnering for growth and resiliency through the arts. CSA believes in the transformative power of art. Art is a tool that can build confidence, inspire hope, and develop resilience.
